By purchasing or hiring my services (art or otherwise) You automatically agree with the following conditions written in this document, please read carefully as i may refuse your commission otherwise.- If you are uncomfortable with my Terms of Service and not willing to agree to said conditions stated, you are not granted a commission.
- My work is not to be used in NFT’s under any circumstances, please do not ask me.

You agree to the policy of using art for non-profit purposes unless stated otherwise, providing all credits to me.
Those who violate these terms will be added to a permanent blacklist without warning.CLIENT:As a client you are responsible in reading and understanding my general prices
You may display my work on external sites with appropriate credit and a link back to my profile, I always send clients the fully watermarked version for posting.
You reserve the right to print or create physical reproductions of said artwork so long as it is for PERSONAL use only ! however please ask beforehand if your commission aligns with commercial use.
If an adoptable is purchased you retain all rights to the character
You are not to edit, change or modify my art in anyways however this is not applicable to bases.
With bases, you may edit or modify the lineart so long as you do not redistribute said base for profit as a stand alone base.
You are free to use my bases for sale purposes if you create your own adopts on them.
Harassment against myself in an attempt to bargain down my prices or harassment to gain a “slot” is not tolerated and i can and will refuse your commission
Clients who have commissioned me/recieved art before this terms of service came into effect are still bound to the contents within.
All clients are permitted to include the watermarked version i provide when posting their pieces as an indication that he work has been created by myself

I reserve the right to post your finished piece in my gallery, however this may be changed with an exception, please ask beforehand!.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit
Privacy requests detail that I will not be sharing wips on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process anywhere online.COMMISSIONSOrdering:

You will then get a response from me so we can discuss details as well as me confirming your slot.
When ordering please ensure you have every detail noted, Past the line art stage I will not be going back and editing work if I have sent many refinements prior to being accepted to continue to Linework.
If your character is extremely detailed I have the right to add a small fee to the total charge of your quote, this fee will be stated to you before I send the paypal quote.
Please make your message concise and clear as it will be easier for me to read so the process can go smoothly.
Before taking part in ordering you must wait for a reply from myself, I will then add you to my public queue.
After everything is processed and you are happy with your order I shall then continue to send you a PayPal invoice.Payment:I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
I will only be accepting GBP ((Great British Pounds)) as this is my main currency, You are responsible for making currency conversions.
I take payment 100% up front, however under certain circumstances I will allow a payment plan for large pieces, however you are responsible for continuing with these payments.
I will initiate transactions to avoid accidental payments, please refrain from sending payment until I confirm that your invoice has been sent.
After the payment has been sent and confirmed, I will begin sketching your piece, the sketch will then be sent to you for any alterations needed.
Payments will be taken via PayPal unless stated otherwise, I will cover the PayPal fees as is expected by PayPal’s TOS, what you see is what you pay!
If payment is not delivered in a timely manner once i’ve sent an invoice ((24-48 hours)) Your Commission will be canceled and the invoice will be removed
When there is an auction you are not allowed to retract your bid, you will be given a warning and if it happens again I will be blacklisting you, please only bid if you can afford it !Disclaimer:Please note that all of my sales are “Digital Artwork” the intellectual property is purchased by you, the client.
Nothing is intended either by me or the client to be physically shipped to them.
I am not required to ship any item unless explicitly stated by the client.Refunds:I can refund 100% if I have yet to begin the sketch of a commission
Once I begin the sketch refunds will not be handed out.
If a project is canceled by myself I will reimburse the lost fees 100%
If we agree upon a payment plan and I begin working after the first deposit has been made, I will not refund the deposit if you back out of the payment plan.Chargebacks:You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
If your PayPal account has authorized a payment chargeback without your knowledge you are to contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue!.
Please contact me if you are wanting to cancel a commission request!
Issuing a chargeback purposefully without contacting me will resolve in the client being blacklisted immediately.Queue / Scheduling / Workspeed:Upon the first message I usually take anywhere from 2-5 days to reply to your initial order !
You reserve the right to set up a deadline for your commission, The deadline must be disclosed before payment
I reserve the right to decline a commission if the deadline is too short in time allowance, I reserve the right to take up to 3 weeks to begin work on your project, and an additional 4 to begin your project.
You may ask for updates however I will require a one week period wait.
No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated
I work on my commissions in queue order, this means if you are 3rd in the queue you may have to wait a little longer for your project to begin.
You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.Revisions and Feedback:I will send a WIP (Work in Progress) Image after payment is 100% completed.
These images will be in the form of a low resolution PNG or JPG and will be provided via wherever the client contacted me from.
The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains details you want me to follow.
I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished work if no feedback was given to amend it.
I will continue to send WIP’s during the commission process
Changes will only be made during the sketch phase. Colour corrections will be made during the colour stage.
Any changes to the character or subject will be subjected to a fee, the fee shall depend on the nature of the change.
I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.
Minor changes such as colour adjustments will be allowed if the inaccuracies and missing elements are my faults (eg. I overlook details on the ref’s provided!)
I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.Final Product:The client must respect that I cannot change or alter my style.
I reserve the right to decline critiques if it is pertaining to my artistic skill and stylization or if the critique reduces the quality of the piece.
Credit to me, the artist is required if you are posting to another platform
You, the client are responsible for saving any images I provide
Images will be kept for a finite time only, I take measures to save files for up to 3-8 months past completion date, however I cannot guarantee against computer failure or loss.
I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.
Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
